About Us

RC Bothra Foundation is a humble attempt to give back to the society in little ways possible. Established in the year 2021, as a tribute to the Bothra Group founders, late. Shri Ravi Chand Bothra and Smt. Kumud Kumar Bothra, the Bothra Foundation is a charitable trust in Vishakhapatnam,India, helping the needy in getting better access to food, medical, and education facilities. Bothra Foundation’s baby project Gau Seva provides shelter to 280 homeless cows and is still growing strong.

The foundation was incepted in 2009, as a part of the Group’s CSR activity, where we started by delivering mid-day meals to children, hospitalized patients, and outpatients a month. Within a year our efforts grew; today 400 people are fed daily in Vishakhapatnam and 200 in Kakinada.Humbled by the generous response, we established a shelter home for cows in 2010. The cows were rescued from slaughterhouses and temples that were not able to provide for them.
